The old Conservative Club in Mutley closed its doors in the 1990s and stood empty for many years. The building was brought back to life in 2014 and now houses 30 students split across 9 Apartments of varying sizes. A 5-minute walk to the main campus of Plymouth University, The Clubhouse is well located for the nightlife, supermarkets, and parks that this part of Plymouth has to offer.
Wolverhampton - est. 2016
Formerly a coach factory in the 1800s, this six-storey building is now home to 42 students who live amongst the Studios, Maisonettes, 1-Bed, 2-Bed, 3-Bed and 5-Bed Apartments. A 4-minute walk to the Student Union at Wolverhampton University makes The Clubhouse the ideal place to live, work and study.
